Because of her crazy busy schedule and her mommy duties with the almost 1 year old baby Sila, Mrs. Timberlake’s exercise routine needs to be one that she can take with her wherever she goes. Since she is used to doing lots of outdoor activities, Jessica enjoys keeping herself active through what she sees as fun treats, like going hiking with her dogs. For a more serious cardio session she goes running followed by intense circuit strength training designed by her personal trainer John Walsh that include 30 second planks that give her those flat as an iron clad abs Jessica can presume of. Her key to a healthy looking bum? walking lunges! The actress incessantly works on her derriere to keep it round and sexy.
